
Andrea graduated from Mount St. Mary’s University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and spent a year studying at the University of Economics in Prague, Czech Republic. Following graduation, she served for three years in Slovakia with ELCA Global Mission. Upon returning to the United States, Andrea built a successful career in corporate banking, specializing in Learning and Development.
Andrea joined ²¤ÂÜÊÓÆµ in 2018, where her leadership responsibilities have continued to grow. She currently serves as Senior Director of Major Gifts and Engagement and as Co-Director of Worship Life at the Seminary. She is also a part-time student at ULS, pursuing an advanced degree.
In addition to her professional roles, Andrea is deeply engaged in church leadership. She serves on the Advisory Council of Lutheran Advocacy Ministry in Pennsylvania and on the Executive Committee of the Lower Susquehanna Synod, ELCA. She is a member of the Synod’s Personnel and Hunger Committees and chairs the Synod Assembly Planning Committee. She lives in Waynesboro, PA with her husband, Rev. Drahomir Oslik, and their three children.Â
